Innovation & Certifications
We pay exceptional attention to the inspection of raw materials and every stage of the production process. Our goal is to deliver products of the highest possible quality. Our production is certified according to the International Featured Standards (IFS Food). We successfully undergo regular customer audits. We continuously monitor consumer trends and regularly introduce new products and innovations to meet our customers' expectations. In 2017, the Czech Food Chamber awarded our Don Peppe Gluten-Free Strawberry Dumplings the prize for the Best Innovative Food Product. We are also a participant in the Responsible Company initiative. The initiative aims to educate employees on responsible waste management through their employers.
Quality Assurance
- Our quality assurance and food safety systems fully comply with IFS Food requirements, with a fully implemented HACCP system.
- Raw materials and packaging are sourced exclusively from approved suppliers, who are regularly evaluated through supplier quality audits.
- Sensory evaluations are carried out by trained and certified personnel.
- Regular production inspections and internal audits are conducted to ensure continuous compliance.
- All incoming raw materials and packaging undergo thorough inspection before entering the production facility.
- Our Quality Assurance team consists of experienced professionals who participate in regular external training programmes.
- We perform quality inspections throughout production as well as final product inspections before dispatch.
- We continuously monitor the latest developments in food safety and quality management.
- Every production batch is tested in our in-house laboratory for microbiological and sensory parameters. Our laboratory also regularly participates in interlaboratory proficiency testing programmes.
- Our production facility is regularly inspected by the Czech State Veterinary Administration and the Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority.
- We cooperate with accredited external laboratories to ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety.
